Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 2 can White beans
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes
  • 1 ct Yellow onions
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

How to make it

  1. Peel the onion and chop it into small, even pieces so that it softens while the turkey cooks.
  2. Warm a lightly oiled pot over medium heat. Add the turkey and onion.
  3. Break up the turkey with a spoon and cook for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Check that the turkey reaches 165°F / 74°C.
  5. Drain and rinse the beans, then stir them into the pot with the tomatoes.
  6. Simmer gently for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a little water if you prefer a thinner chili.
