Ingredients

  • 2 can Chickpeas
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

How to make it

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas; peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Warm a little oil in a skillet over medium-low heat, then stir the garlic briefly until fragrant without browning.
  3. Add the chickpeas and crushed tomatoes, stirring to combine them evenly.
  4. Simmer gently for roughly 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is heated through.
  5. Spoon into four bowls. If the sauce thickens too much, loosen with a small splash of water.
